I have my first and only final today. It’s physics and I have hardly studied.
The fact that the lowest possible grade a person can get is a sixty, and if I get that, I’ll still have a B for the class has given me the least possible motivation to study.
BUT IT’S THE LAST THING I HAVE TO DO BEFORE GRADUATION!!
The girl on Jimmy Kimmel last night who took her calculator to prom goes to my school.
I don’t know whether to feel proud or slightly embarrassed.
Today was my last official day of high school. It still has yet to hit me that I won’t be entering the school doors as a student anymore. Instead, I’ll be a “visitor”. A visitor to a place I spent most of four years in. A visitor to the place where friendships and bonds formed.
I’m excited to start a brand new chapter in my life, but I still have to turn the page to start it. Right now I’m still stuck on that last page reading the last line over and over again just to be sure that it’s safe to move on.
